When your health care demands services or a consultation not available through our office, we will do our best to coordinate your referral.
When your health insurance requires a referral, you must obtain your referral prior to receiving treatment.
Failure to obtain the necessary referrals may result in you being personally responsible for the bill.
Whenever possible, Preferred Plus of Kansas patients need to call their physician prior to going to the emergency room.
