We are committed to providing quality health care to you when you need it. We do our best to see you as soon as possible when you call for an appointment. For urgent matters, we will work you in the same day. In the event that your physician is not available to see you for an urgent need, another Primary Care Associates physician will be happy to provide for your urgent care needs in their absence.
For less urgent conditions, we are able to schedule your visit within two weeks. When you call, please give the scheduler as much information as possible regarding the nature of your visit so that an appropriate length of time will be scheduled. If you don't feel comfortable sharing information regarding your visit, feel free to tell the scheduler that you prefer to keep your health issue confidential and provide them with your best estimation of the amount of time needed for your visit. Please be sure to bring in your insurance information and a photo ID at the time of your visit. Scheduling is available M-F 7:30am-4:30pm. Scheduling is not available on Saturdays. Please just come in between 9am-1pm.  |
